This Privacy Policy explains how DZignn handles personal information when you visit dzignn.com, submit a project enquiry, communicate with us, explore a business relationship, or otherwise provide information through website channels.
A separate agreement, employment notice, vendor notice, or client instruction may apply to information processed in another context. Where DZignn processes personal data solely on a client’s documented instructions, the client may be the primary organisation responsible for that processing.
Information we may collect
Depending on how you interact with DZignn, we may collect identifiers and business contact details such as name, work email, company, role, telephone number if you choose to provide it, and communication preferences; project and commercial context such as requested capabilities, budget range, timelines, requirements, current systems, constraints, and procurement information; communications and files you intentionally send; and technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, referring page, timestamps, security events, and server logs.
We ask that you avoid sending special-category, highly sensitive, regulated, or unnecessary personal information through a general website enquiry.
Sources of information

The current website uses browser storage and a same-origin preference cookie to remember the light or dark theme you select. These preference mechanisms are used to preserve an interface choice and are not intended for advertising profiling.

If you are contacting us about data that DZignn processes solely for a client, we may direct the request to that client or assist the client as required by the applicable arrangement.
Children
The website is designed for business and professional audiences and is not directed to children. DZignn does not intentionally solicit personal information from children through the general project-enquiry experience. If you believe a child has provided information inappropriately, contact us so the situation can be reviewed.
Business communications and marketing
If you ask for information or begin a business conversation, DZignn may send operational communications connected to that request. Where permitted by law, we may also send relevant business updates to professional contacts. You can ask us to stop optional marketing communications at any time; essential contractual, security, or service communications may still be sent when necessary.
AI, automation, and decision support
DZignn may use productivity or AI-assisted tools to help organise, draft, summarise, classify, or support internal work where appropriate controls are in place. We do not intend to make a solely automated website decision that produces legal or similarly significant effects about a visitor.
