Document source, third-party licenses, pre-existing DZignn IP, bespoke deliverables, and handover responsibilities in the agreement.
03 / IP MODEL
Reuse without ownership ambiguity.
Where an accelerator contains pre-existing DZignn methods, generic components, or reusable foundations, those elements remain pre-existing IP unless the signed agreement says otherwise. Bespoke project deliverables and client-specific assets are handled according to the contract, with third-party components governed by their own licenses.
Accelerators are designed to reduce repeated foundational work, but DZignn does not publish a universal “40–50% faster” claim without comparable project evidence. The actual benefit depends on fit, complexity, integration depth, risk, and how much of the work is genuinely reusable.
